Hello my name is Lora, I am a mother of two and have worked in child care for more than 21 years. My love of children led me to pursue a career in early years.

I have a BA Hons in Early Years Practice and Early Years Professional Status. I am also a Special Education Needs Coordinator and I am the Forest School leader. I am passionate about Early Years childcare and development.

""
Stacey Barber – co-owner

Hello, I’m Stacey, the mother of one little boy. I am the Safeguarding officer for Happy Faces Day Care Nursery and I have worked in child care for more than ten years. I originally trained as a teacher before changing my mind and realising my heart lies in Early Years. I was educated locally in Shrewsbury before going to university in London. On returning to Shrewsbury I met Lora and we soon realised that we had the same dream – to open a nursery that offered high quality, flexible childcare for all children and their families, and we are proud to have achieved that at Happy Faces Packwood.

""
Sarah Willner – Level 5

I have been part of the nursery team since we opened in 2007. I am NNEB qualified and am currently working towards a Level 5 in Business Management.

""
Hannah Willner – Level 3

I joined Happy Faces just after it opened and I am based in Little Shoots (the baby room) with my sister Sarah. I am NVQ Level 3 qualified and really enjoy providing a safe, secure and caring start for young babies.

""
Emma Jones – Level 5

I have worked in early years for 18 years. I am based in the pre-school and am one of the SENCOs. I have completed my foundation degree in Early Years Practice and look forward to continually updating my skills and qualifications. I have been part of the nursery team since it opened in 2007 and especially enjoy supporting children’s development in arts and crafts and IT. I am a mum of one little boy.
